It better be muscle.

I put on 3 lbs this week.

I'm back to running more than once every 2 or so weeks. I'm doing my third run in 5 days today.

Damm it. It better be muscle.

Three runs in five days! I can't remember when I was on such a streak.

Make it 4 in 7, then 5 in 9!

It is so TOTALLY muscle.

And also? If you just started running again, of course you are retaining a wee bit of water, because your muscles are all torn up and recovering.

Or maybe you need to just poop. Right? Maybe?
